Intentionality is the first ingredient to discovering the key to confidence. Every time that you make a decision that isn’t confident, address it. Ask yourself why you don’t feel like enough.
Make sure you understand that it is only a stumbling block, not a permanent piece of your personality. Be intentional about caring about how you see yourself. Don’t speak to yourself in a way that you wouldn’t speak to others.
